이 방침은 모난도르가 제공하는 레인보우 라인 iOS 앱과 이 지원 홈페이지에 적용됩니다. 앱인토스 등 다른 플랫폼판의 정보 처리는 해당 플랫폼판 출시 전에 별도로 안내합니다.
기기에 저장하는 정보
게임은 별도 계정 생성이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 진행도, 점수, 언어·사운드 설정 및 광고 표시 간격 관리 정보는 기기에 저장하며 운영자의 게임 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 시 저장된 정보가 사라질 수 있습니다. 기기 백업의 보관·복원은 사용자의 기기 및 백업 서비스 설정에 따릅니다.
광고와 동의 정보
iOS판에는 Google AdMob 전면 광고와 사용자가 힌트를 위해 선택하는 보상 광고가 포함됩니다. 현재 버전은 인앱 구매 및 광고 제거 상품을 제공하지 않습니다.
Google Mobile Ads 및 동의 관리 SDK는 광고 제공·측정, 부정 이용 방지, 성능 개선, 오류 진단 및 동의 관리 목적으로 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 여기에는 IP 주소와 이를 통해 추정한 대략적인 위치, 기기·앱 식별 정보, 광고 노출·상호작용, 성능·오류 정보와 동의 선택 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 실제 처리 범위는 SDK, 동의 및 기기 설정에 따라 달라집니다.
현재 앱은 비개인화 광고를 요청합니다. 비개인화 광고도 정보 처리가 전혀 없는 광고를 의미하지 않습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 동의 안내를 제공하며, 제공되는 경우 게임 설정의 ‘개인정보 선택’에서 선택을 다시 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 동의를 거절하거나 광고를 받을 수 없으면 광고가 제한되거나 표시되지 않을 수 있고, 보상 광고 힌트는 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.
광고 관련 정보는 Google의 서버로 전송·처리될 수 있습니다. Google은 미국을 포함한 여러 국가의 서버에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 데이터별 보관 및 삭제 기준은 Google 정책에 설명되어 있습니다. 앱 삭제가 Google이 이미 처리한 정보의 삭제를 의미하지는 않습니다.

게임 이용 분석
게임 개선을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics를 사용합니다. 앱은 별도 계정 정보나 이름·이메일을 분석 이벤트에 보내지 않으며, 앱 인스턴스 식별자와 기기·앱 정보, 세션 및 화면 이용, 스테이지 시작·완료, 힌트·보상 광고 결과 같은 익명화된 이용 정보를 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 난이도·진행 흐름과 안정성을 개선하는 데 사용됩니다.

지원 문의와 보관기간
이메일로 문의하면 발신 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 직접 첨부한 자료를 문의 답변과 문제 해결에 사용합니다. 문의 자료는 답변 완료 후 1년간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 자료는 해당 법정 기간 동안 보관합니다. 주민등록번호, 비밀번호, 결제 카드 정보 등 민감한 자료는 보내지 마세요.
열람·정정·삭제 및 동의 변경
운영자가 보관하는 문의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 정지를 요청하려면 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요. 요청 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 확인하며, 법령에 따른 제한이 있으면 안내합니다. 아동의 정보에 관한 문의는 보호자도 할 수 있습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 정보는 앱 삭제 등으로 제거할 수 있으나, 별도로 남아 있는 백업은 해당 서비스에서 관리해야 합니다. Google이 처리하는 정보에 대한 권리 행사 방법은 위 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.
지원 홈페이지
이 홈페이지에는 자체 광고·분석 스크립트를 넣지 않았습니다. 다만 GitHub Pages로 제공되므로 호스팅 제공자인 GitHub가 보안 및 서비스 운영 목적으로 IP 주소 등의 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. GitHub 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. 이메일 문의는 이용하는 메일 서비스에서도 처리됩니다.

This policy covers the Rainbow Line iOS app provided by 모난도르 and this support website. Information about other editions, including Apps-in-Toss, will be provided separately before those editions launch.
Information stored on your device
No separate game account or sign-in is required. Progress, scores, language and sound preferences, and ad-frequency records are stored on your device, not sent to a game server operated by us. Deleting the app may erase this information. Device backups and restoration depend on your device and backup service settings.
Advertising and consent
The iOS edition includes Google AdMob interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads for hints. This version offers no in-app purchases or ad-removal product.
Google Mobile Ads and consent-management SDKs may process information for ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, performance improvement, diagnostics and consent management. This may include IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, performance and crash information, and consent choices. Actual processing depends on the SDK, consent and device settings.
The current app requests non-personalized ads. This does not mean that no information is processed. Consent messages are provided where required. Where available, open “Privacy choices” in the game settings to review or change your choices. If you decline consent or ads are unavailable, ads may be limited or absent and rewarded hints may be unavailable.
Advertising information may be sent to and processed on Google's servers. Google may process information on servers in multiple countries, including the United States. Its policies explain data-specific retention and deletion practices. Deleting the app does not delete information already processed by Google.

Gameplay analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to improve the game. We do not send account information, names or email addresses in analytics events. Google may receive an app-instance identifier, device and app information, session and screen use, and pseudonymous gameplay events such as level starts and completions, hint use and rewarded-ad outcomes. We use this information to improve difficulty progression, gameplay flow and reliability.

Support and retention
If you email support, we use your sender address, message and attachments you provide to respond and resolve the issue. We retain support correspondence for one year after completing the response, then delete it. Records subject to a legal retention obligation are kept for the required period. Do not send national identification numbers, passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.
Access, correction, deletion and consent choices
Contact the email below to request access to, correction or deletion of support information we hold, or restriction of its processing. We request only the minimum information needed to verify your request and explain any legal restrictions. Guardians may also contact us about a child's information. You can remove locally stored game information by deleting the app; separately retained backups must be managed with the backup service. Consult Google's policy above to exercise rights concerning information processed by Google.
Support website
We have not added advertising or analytics scripts to this website. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may process access information such as IP addresses for security and service operation. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. Support emails are also processed by the email services involved.
